All the items displayed on our website are in stock and booked at the confirmation of the payment of your order.
If you order is validated before 12 a.m. (GMT+1), we will dispatch it in the same business day or the next business day.
If there is delay, a message will appear at the validation of your order advising the estimated delivery date.

We can ship your gift directly to the recipient.
During the ordering process, you can choose a delivery address different from the billing address.
If you select the gift wrap option, the package will be sent without invoice (you can download it in your account).

We accept the following payment options:

  • Payment by credit card: MasterCard, and Visa,
  • Payment by money transfer (T/T),
  • Payment by Paypal.
All payments are subject to verification and review by Opalona. Opalona reserves the right to refuse to process any transaction, sale, or shipment of orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.

Credit card: we are committed to ensuring the security and privacy of information supplied by our customers.
We use paiement CIC (the payment solution of one of the leading french bank named Banques CIC) to process all online credit card payments.
Your credit card details are communicated directly between your computer and paiement CIC secure server using SSL encryption. The security of the connection will be confirmed by the presence of the padlock icon in the lower right hand corner of your browser.

Wire transfer: Your order will be processed and shipped out once funds have arrived.
The final checkout page will provide our Banking Information. Wire transfer bank fees are required to be covered by the customer.

Shipping costs for your country are clearly identified at the checkout.

Shipping costs and delivery time vary on country destination and the number of shirts in the cart.

Outside the European Community and the USA, duty fees and local taxes can be asked at the delivery by your local authorities.

Opalona ships all around the world. If your country is not included in the table above, your shipping fees will be displayed once you have selected your delivery address in your shopping bag. If your are leaving in an area that cannot be delivered by our transporters we will contact you to cancel you order.

All international deliveries are managed by a professionnal delivery company: FEDEX or your National Post. You will receive a tracking number for your order at the shipping.

At the dispatch of your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number for the delivery.
You can also connect your customer account to check the status of the delivery.

To process your order, we require your name, billing address, phone number, e-mail address and shipping address. We use this information solely to process your order and, if any questions should arise, to contact you about your order. Your credit card details are communicated directly between you and our bank CIC.
We process your orders ourselves, in house, and thus the sharing of this information is usually non-existent with any third parties. However, when we have to share this information, it will only be that information which is absolutely necessary, with those third parties that may be involved in the processing of your order in the future.

All merchandise sold by Opalona are guaranteed to be genuine, in new condition and inspected by a very careful quality control.

All products offered by Opalona are protected by a 15 Day Full Satisfaction Policy which guarantees a full refund or product exchange if in unused conditions.
If you are not completely satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 15 days for:

  • a product exchange,
  • a full refund of the purchase price (minus the shipping fees)
The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. When you return the item, you must send it in an appropriate box by certified mail.
If accessories to fold a shirt are missing or are damaged, a fee of 2 eur (or 2 USD) per shirt will be withheld.

Products in sale cannot be echanged or refunded.

If you want to return an item, you have to fulfill the Return form in your customer account : go to the list of orders, enter the order concerned, and press the return button closed to the product you want to return.
Return freight charges must be covered by the customer.
In case of product exchange, Opalona will cover the cost to re-ship the new item back to the customer.
If you choose a refund, we will proceed to the refund in the next 15 days following the reception of your return.
