At the dispatch of your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number for the delivery.
You can also connect your customer account to check the status of the delivery.
To process your order, we require your name, billing address, phone number, e-mail address and shipping address. We use this information solely to process your order and, if any questions should arise, to contact you about your order. Your credit card details are communicated directly between you and our bank CIC. We process your orders ourselves, in house, and thus the sharing of this information is usually non-existent with any third parties. However, when we have to share this information, it will only be that information which is absolutely necessary, with those third parties that may be involved in the processing of your order in the future.

If you want to return an item, you have to fulfill the Return form in your customer account : go to the list of orders, enter the order concerned, and press the return button closed to the product you want to return.
Return freight charges must be covered by the customer.
In case of product exchange, Opalona will cover the cost to re-ship the new item back to the customer.
If you choose a refund, we will proceed to the refund in the next 15 days following the reception of your return.
