For your neck size, measure the circumference of your neck just under the Adam's apple.

Belts size guide
Your belt size is your waist size. You should take your waist measure on your pants.
Your belt should be fastened at the center hole of your belt strap.
Your belt size is also the measure between the center hole and the end of your buckle (where the buckle tongue ends).
You can determine your belt size on a belt you currently wear (see picture above - the start hole is the one you are currently using).
Do not measure the belt from end to end. You will not get the accurate size that way.
